Last weeked in typical Robinson fashion we decided on a whim to take pack up and head about 2 hours on the other side of Nashville to basically fill a trailer with metal and industrial goodies. Man...was it fun! As luck would have it, it was also the Nashville Flea Market weekend so on our way to pickin heaven we stopped in for some shopping~
I tried to contain my excitement over this booth of vintage Halloween Decorations...but I didn't succeed. I love each little pumpkin~
I love this desk...and those legs!
Metal Campground Sign~
The Nashville Flea Market had some pretty good finds and has quite a few building and covered tents so I was in pure junk heaven!
I thought these were garden tools...apparently they are Froggin Gigs....
On our way out of Nashville we stopped over at American Pickers...unfortunately it was raining so the treck across the street resulted in an angry 2 yr old and a broken flip flip :)
LOVE the sofa~
Pig with the Elephant Trunk~
Do you remember these BIG overalls from the show??
Such a cool store!
From here we moved on to the barn I was picking out of and apparently I forgot to brief my husband abou the required uniform for this pic....due to the forewarned chigges I was told to wear boots and pants....except I never told my husband so all he had were shorts and flip flops...My Bad!
Look at that treat~ I tried to take more photos but I think they thought I was a bit crazy for taking pics of their barn :)
Look at that pile of glorious old wood waiting to be used~
This crusty goodness made it's way into my trailer~
American Eagle Cast Iron Claw Feet lying in the field~ (not for sale) but I did make out with a treasure trove of industrial and metal goodies~
This little gentleman is going to be filled with small christmass trees and greenery!
Metal Campground Sign~
These are probably my favorite little guys... I almost want to name them~
Whew! That's a lot of great stuff. You sure did good!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for posting the photos from the Nashville Flea Market... I lived in Mt. Juliet, TN for several years & that was a regular place for me... granted it's been 9+ years, but some things never change! I appreciated the walk down memory lane... time for a road trip (isn't it always, though??)...
